What we collect
When you play, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and your serve speeds. Only your first name is ever shown on the big screen or used in your champion-moment image.
Why we collect it
To run the game (show your name and score on screen), to email you your result and champion-moment photo, and — with your consent — to contact you about Wellface treatments and offers.
Who is the data controller
Wellface, a medical-aesthetics clinic in Wimbledon, London. We don't sell your data or share it for third-party marketing. We use trusted service providers only to run the game (such as sending your result email), never for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Game scores roll off the public leaderboard within 24 hours. We keep your contact details for our marketing list until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or email [email protected].
